Returns are accepted within 30 days from the original purchase date. Any defective item can be exchanged or returned for a refund for 30 days from original purchase date.
All original accessories and the original device must be received back. Any return received without the original accessories or a device that is not the same serial number will be rejected.
Device must be received back in like new condition and free of any physical or liquid damage. If a device has any signs of damage the device will not be accepted for a return. Devices that have altered software or have been rooted are non-returnable.
Devices must have been reset to factory settings and not have a password, PIN code, fingerprint or any other applicable security lock on it. If any device is received back with the security lock in place, the return will not be accepted.
Devices must be deactivated with their carrier and have a clean IMEI. If a device is received with an IMEI that has been reported lost or stolen, the return will not be accepted.
For orders including a service credit, the credit is non-refundable and will be deducted from the return amount.
