Shopcelldeals's Boost Mobile Auto Re-Boost Terms and Conditions
The following terms and conditions apply if you are enrolled in AutoPay or Auto Top-Up or Auto Re-Boost ("AutoPay"). You, the Customer, authorize Shopcelldeals to on a recurring basis, automatically charge the debit or credit card you specified for credit to be applied to the Boost Mobile account number you specified at the time of the AutoPay enrollment. These recurring charges and all other charges to your account are nonrefundable. Shopcelldeals may discontinue processing of recurring charges if Shopcelldeals is unable to secure funds from the credit/debit card for the payments you have authorized due to, but not limited to, insufficient or uncollected funds in the account or insufficient or inaccurate information you provided. If a payment is returned for any reason, you will not be able to use a credit/debit card until your account is in good standing. Shopcelldeals may, if applicable, undertake collection action, including application of returned fees to the extent permitted by law. All such fees may be collected electronically. TO KEEP YOUR ACCOUNT ACTIVE AND AVOID SERVICE INTERRUPTION, YOU MUST EITHER MAINTAIN A POSITIVE ACCOUNT BALANCE AT ALL TIMES OR PAY ANY APPLICABLE SUBSCRIPTION CHARGES, DEPENDING ON YOUR SERVICE PLAN. You also understand that this authorization to pay the Boost Mobile account number you specified at the time of the AutoPay enrollment by recurring charges or debits is entirely optional and is not required to obtain or maintain my account with Boost Mobile. You are responsible for providing Shopcelldeals with accurate payment account information if such information changes in the future. Shopcelldeals will not initiate further transfers or charges after you have cancelled AutoPay and Shopcelldeals has had a reasonable period of time to process your request. You may check your payment due date at any time by accessing your account via visiting Boost Mobile's website. You may check your account balance at any time by accessing your account via Boost Mobile's website. You are responsible ensuring that your account balance is sufficient to cover your monthly charges to keep your service active with Boost Mobile.
